School Council

school council

The purpose of our School Council is to provide a forum where parents/guardians, community and school staff representatives can meet to discuss items pertaining to Renfrew Collegiate Institute (RCI) and provide advice to the principal.

The School Council meets at 6:30 p.m. in the Library at least four times a year. The meetings include a report from the Student Activities Association (SAA), a principal's report and any other agenda items that people wish to bring to the table. In the September meeting, the chairperson is elected for the school year. All meetings are open to RCI community members.
