Do you have a passion for cooking or the food services industry?  If so, the RCI Culinary program led by Mr. Mike Wright is for you.  Students can take multiple Foods courses starting in grade 10 with Foods and Nutrition. In grade 11, students can take Food and Culture.  And finally, students can take Nutrition and Health in Grade 12.  Students can also join our Cooking Club which meets once a month in our state-of-the-art kitchen lab.
